Forever 21 Denim Skirt / Nordstrom Top / ASOS Cardigan (Similar) / Nasty Gal Scarf (similar) / Coach Saddle Bag (c/o)

Happy New Year! I know, I know, I'm a day late, but I was too busy celebrating by jumping into a 35 degree lake yesterday to post anything. Not sure why we torture ourselves with the Polar Bear Plunge every year, but it's tradition, so it had to happen. Also not sure how I find friends insane enough to do it with me, but bribing people with food and Cards Against Humanity works surprisingly well. My mom made chili and I made grilled cheese and my favorite creamy tomato basil soup (recipe Here). If you try it, I recommend adding a couple of crushed garlic cloves to the tomato and tomato juice while it's simmering! 

This skirt is probably my most worn skirt EVER because it works well in any season! I wore it all throughout Summer, and even pull it out every now and then in the winter! It goes so well with oversized sweaters and booties! Everything in this outfit is old (including the sweater, which I stole from my dad), but I was able to find almost identical pieces and linked them above!
